I love going to Ragtime for lunch - it looks like it did when I was a kid…so to me, there's something very nostalgic about being there. On Wednesday, I planned to meet my Sister-in-Law and niece for lunch, but little did I know the Ragtime I was getting ready to walk into was the new and improved Ragtime.
